Hello people I want to buy a GTX 960 with 4gb of ddr5 ram which GTX 960 should I get?

whichever is the cheapest, i suggest you just get the 2gb version. not really worth extra money for the 4gb

Actually it does worth the extra money for future using as SLI 4x4 will be great, but 2x2 or 4x2 count as 2gb only so waste of money, go for the 4gb its little extra money but worth it for better performance, and if it is useless they wouldn't sell the 4GB version. 😛
