GTX 960 and Best Skyrim Settings

Hello, So I currently have a GTX 960 and I wish to play on Skyrim, what are the best settings. At first I maxed out everything and High Res Textures but I get really bad FPS Drops.

So what are best settings with High Res Textures.

60FPS-35FPS is best

Any help is much appreciated

I have a GTX 960 paired with an i5 4590. It can run Ultra on a non-modded Skyrim and stay nailed @ 60 FPS everywhere save for a few spots in Markarth (drops down to 45 FPS coming out of the Keep). This is on a 1920x1200 monitor.

What about Anti-Aliasing and other Settings??

Your card has 2GB Vram and it should get ~100 FPS on ultra if you have an average CPU, based on a vanilla Skyrim.

official HD texture packs :

This shows that your GPU Vram should be enough at 1080p.

Have you installed any ENB's or other mods ?

No, Just high resolutions, also I have a 1366X768p Monitor, but I get really bad FPS Drops

What CPU have you got ? do the FPS drop without texture packs?

I have a FX-4130 and I haven't tried the without textures pack, I am currently reinstalling Skyrim
