GTX 960 and R9 270X Power Supply

Im planing to buy new GPU (GTX 960 or R9 270X).
Can this PSU be enough for GTX 960 or R9 270X or i need to buy new PSU ?
If I need to buy new will ATX SilverStone SST-ST50F-ES-230V 500W be good choice ?
CPU: i3-2120 3.3 GHz
RAM : 2x4GB 1333 MHz
Motherboard : Asus P8B75-V
Cooler Master K380 MID TOWER
GPU : Saphire HD 7770
PSU: 400W ATX SilverStone SST-ST40F-ES v 1.2 400W

You will need to upgrade your PSU choice a little bit. I would be suggesting a better PSU Like an Antec EarthWatts EA-650 GREEN

What about ATX SilverStone SST-ST70F-ES v1.1 700W silent 80 Plus or Thermaltake TR2 600W Bronze PS-TR2-0600NPCBEU-B or Cooler Master GM series G650M Modular RS650-AMAAB!-xx ??

Go for SilverStone SST-ST70F-ES v1. Its much better than the Thermaltake or Coolermaster units.

That psu meet the minimum requirement for 960. Also 960 is faster than 270X. 960 competes more with 280 (non x) and 285
