GTX 960 - Asus Strix 2GB(NON-OC Version) VS Gigabyte Windforce 2X 2GB

I'm chosing between these 2 cards, I know the gaming performance would be almost identical and I don't care about fps, I want to know about temperatures and noise, and maybe other problems these cards has, so if anybody has one of these cards could tell me their personal experience, with temps noise and maybe a problem. Thanks!

of the two i for one like asus cards as they are quiet but they dont overclock as well

I like the Asus Strix cards, cool and quiet and the ones I run and have used on other rigs have OCed well...With nVidia based cards I normally look to Asus and EVGA first
