I bought a new MSI GTX 960 2GB about 2 months ago and it was working fine up until recently.
The problem: Typically, I will be playing CS:GO and the screen would go black and then the sound starts to loop. Rarely, it will recover but most of the time it will just get stuck with a black screen and I will need to power off and power on. The crash seems to happen at random times, but it will happen frequently after perhaps 30 minutes. The crash never happened on an older game I play(Baldur's gate) but did once happen when I opened a image file in windows. I think it's a graphics card issue because in .dmp files I have inspected the source of the problem seems to come the directX kernel. I will attach a link to 3 .dmp files that may help diagnose the problem:-

What I have tried All different varieties of Nvidia drivers. Including drivers that seemed to work fine before. Reseating of the graphics card. Checking various temperatures (all seemed fine). Hard drive health check. Malware/virus checks.
Additional Information The first instance of this crash happened when I was playing CS:GO and I powered off the computer. The computer would not power on again which is different to how the crash is behaving now. I took out my keyboard(which has been given me problems for a while) and the computer worked fine for a few days. Now, with a new keyboard, the crash is happening frequently regardless.
My specs:
Motherboard: P8Z68-VLX
Processor: i5-2500k @3.3GHz
RAM: 8GB ddr3 Kingston @1666MHz
Graphics card: GTX 960 MSI 2GB
PSU: 600W EVGA
OS: Windows 7 64 bit
Do I need to get a new card?
UPDATE: My computer is now crashing regularly at windows indicating it's not a problem with a particular game. I have a 560 lying around which is kind of broken and rattles like hell but I could try swapping it out and see if it fixes the problem.
UPDATE2: ok now I am totally and utterly lost. I switched my graphics card to my old gtx 560 and some weird stuff happened to the computer. The clock reset to 2005 for some reason and all sorts of weird things. But then it worked fine... No crashes... Then, another crash... But this time, the computer would not turn on for about 5 minutes and then would turn on again. That leads me to believe that it there is some kind of heat problem somewhere but I checked the temperatures and they all seem fine! It should also be noted at this point that with the gtx 960 I also bought the PSU so the PSU is also relatively new... The motherboard during the 5 minutes where it would not turn on at all had a green light on the motherboard which I think indicates that power is coming from the PSU.
