better gpu and a lot more worth the price than the 960 4g, corsair psus suck, this one is a bit more reliable, cooler case imo, and a bit cheaper too

so the answer to my question is no? id much rather go with the 960. benchmarks and gameplay show that they are very close in performance, and the gtx 960 is much more efficient and comes with a copy of metal gear solid v.
 


so ive been told. how would this build look with evga 500w 80+bronze?
 


sorry, one more quick question. if I downgraded to the i5 4460 to offset the increased psu price, how would that affect performance?

 


They are not close in performance, r9 290 is much better, but if you want GPU taht doesnt use much power than buy GTX 960
 


the r9 290 would not fit into my budget
