GTX 960 Can Handle 720P ?

After i saw the Benchmarks Of the New R9 300X Series I knew That Gtx 960 & 970 Are My Choices For Maxing A 720P 60Fps
i know that the 970 will be over kill for the 720P
but i dont know if the 960 4GB Will Max 60+ 2016 Games
oh and maybe after a year from now i can upgrade the Card without upgrading the Cpu Or Mobo
I5 4690K (Not Overclocking but didn't find 4690)
And GA-Z97X-UD5H-BK Black Edition ( The Cheapest Gaming Mobo That Have Wifi i found)
so Will This Live? and u Using a 600W 80+ Bronze PS Zalman
so can if i got the 960 can i count that the Mobo+CPU+PS=Will handle Upgrading The Carding 2 Years From now?

If your not overclocking you dont need z97, any cheap h97 board will do.

you will be fine with a 960 just get the 4gb verion of it and u wil be golden at 1080p
