Ok I'm about to throw my PC out the window cause I've had enough, a week or two ago I bought a msi armor gtx 960 2GB off eBay and was really excited to put it in my build
And basically ever since its been in my build my computer has crashed constantly over and over, now it wasn't the worst for most of the time, it would blue screen about 5 times in a row before I could get a game open and when I did it would work fine then, yesterday I bought an ssd and fresh installed windows and NOW IT CRASHES MORE THAN BEFORE I CANT EVEN OPEN GAMES ANYMORE. I know it's nothing else cause the PC worked golden when I had my HD7770. If you can help me please do. I can provide better info if you need it

Solution
Hello... BSOD /crashes are typically a hardware or hardware to driver communication error... please Look/post a picture of your Control panel-device manger App please B )
2) Do you have any red or yellow marks in your Device Manager?

Yeah sorry I'm just really angry
Specs are:
Fx-6300 overclocked(I think)
7GB of 1333mhz
Msi armor gtx 960 2GBvram
Cooler master 460w psu
Gigabyte motherboard
1x 240GB Intel ssd
1x2TB seagate hdd(previously a external drive
1x750GB hdd out of a laptop
And windows 10 pro 64bit

did you fully uninstall the amd drivers? somethimes this can be an issue
if you can google the blue screen error code that might help
is your power supply good enough for the 960?
can you try the 960 card in a different pc? if it works in that one fine then its probably drivers conflicting or power supply.

I just wiped the drive and fresh installed windows so I doubt it is AMD drivers and when it blue screens it always changes the error message but the most common one is "SYSTEM_THREAD_EXCEPTION" which I'm pretty sure I was gonna look it up last night but didn't get around to doing so

ok im going to download the driver for the gtx 960 that came out before i got my card, which is 362.00

how do i update my BIOS?
and what do you mean by red or yellow marks?

Cooler master 460w psu

big red flag here

exact model?

most cooler masters CANNOT actually deliver the wattage they claim, and is most likely the issue

do not overclock anything

um its some random one that came bundled with a case, but ive talked with a mate that know lots about pc's and he told me that its most definitely the PSU so im going out tomorrow to buy a 750w Corsair psu
