GTX 960 FAN doesn't stop

Hello everyone, my gigabyte gtx 960 fans used to start turning when the gpu temp is at 41° or more, but these days my gpu fans keeps runing even at 29° (when am not playing video games)
is it because of the latest nvidia Driver 364.72? a bug maybe? thank you for your time
PS : am not using MSI Afterburner

get, DDU, uninstall the 364 drivers, and get one between 359-362 instead,
then, get MSI afterburner(its super, and should be a must) in there you can set your GPU fan controls in case your gpu still is being naughty 😀
