Hello, so when i play games at ultra setting textures seem to be "Pixelated". It happens in about 95% of the games that i play, such as The Witcher 3, Team fortress 2, WildStar and Max max etc... I don't really know what causes this problem. any help would be appreciated

That looks like aliasing problems. those jagged edges are more pronounced at lower resolutions and less noticeable at higher resolutions. Anti aliasing (called AA in most graphic settings ) can smooth those edges out but can make things slightly blurry. they also tend to lower your frame rate depending on how aggressive you set AA to.

what resolution are you running at?

The only thing I see in that screenshot is aliasing, which is the squiggly lines like on the edge of the ammo and health cabinet. This can be remedied a few ways first turn on anti aliasing there are many different forms of this common ones are MSAA, FXAA, TXAA, SMAA etc. Other ways include supersampling like nvida dynamic super resolution.

Im Running it at 1360x768

I'm already using Anti aliasing though..

yea that resolution is really 720p see jagged edges like that are normal for that resolution (1080p is better but still is noticeable) you could try dynamic super resolution that dunlop suggested.

What level? You can increase the AA in nvidia control panel, but it puts more load on the GPU. You could try enabling FXAA also, this can be quite effective in some games at smoothing the edges out.

Basically, your resolution is very low, so aliasing like this is more pronounced.
