GTX 960 in HP case

according to generic hp specs you have an intel e5300 cpu and a 250w generic hp power supply. the best graphics card you could do would be a gtx750ti that doesn't require an extra 6 pin pcie connector. even then you would probably end up with a cpu bottleneck, even if you have a higher end core 2 duo processor in there

hp might have a proprietary motherboard 24pin connector from the power supply that will only connect to hp motherboards. so you may need a new power supply if you wanted to change the motherboard to something non oem hp.
