Gtx 960 loud noise and no display

Hello, i bought a new pc and after 1 week of use, today when i turned it on, the graphics card made loud fan noise and didnt give display on the screen, the i took out the graphics card and the computer worked normally.
My specs: core i3 4160
8gb ran
Gtx 960
Cougar sl600 600watt
I also put the graphic card on another system and it didnt work also, what caused this? Or how to fix it?

If it didnt work in another system,it could be dead.Make sure you plugged everything in correctly,if nothing works,your graphics card should have warranty!Also you can contact the maker of your GPU (asus msi for example)

It has a warranty, but i want to know if its becaus of the psu or the electricity of our house??? The graphic card is 1 week old...

Sorry for the late answer,if it didnt work in another pc with a different psu,i would say its dead.

Good thing you have warranty!Sadly some dead on arrival parts allways happen
