I had big problems with my GTX960 , before stuttering and low performance, then only low performance , then problems of GPU usage, and now after all these serious problems are gone i seem to have arrived at the last step
My problem is that:
I get the micro-stuttering (short-term) and normal stuttering for other games i've get this in my gameplay on game like Minecraft but also simply during PC normal usage for example to watch videos on Youtube, i tried to use LatencyMoon to check the results and other tools, everything results seems to be perfect.. Guys have any advice? micro-stuttering (lasting only a few milliseconds) but are noted as often happens and Normal stuttering appears with about 1 seconds duration
(The stuttering hits audio and video)
