Starting my PC one day I found that my monitor wasn't getting any signal.
It looks like everything's working since all the fans are running.

I installed this graphics card along with the PSU about a year ago - the rest of the parts are as old as the PC (~6 yrs)

I use the monitor with other computers, so the issue has to be with this PC's hardware. PCI-E connections between the parts seem to be secure as well, after checking through them. Tried re-seating the video card and trying different connections (DVI, HDMI) to no avail.

Video: EVGA NVIDIA GTX 960 04G-P4-3962-KR
PSU: Corsair CX750M
CPU: AMD Phenom II X4 960T

The CPU and unlisted parts are stock to the PC (HP P7-1020)

Can anyone please help me diagnose?

Thanks,
eukary

edit: confirmed that the problem is failure in the motherboard - thanks for the help, everyone.

I unfortunately don't have another PC or video card to test the issue with -

Here's what I've also tried, with no luck:
Re-seating RAM into different slots
Removing vid card and connecting to motherboard instead.

So it may not be a problem with the video card, if it persists when connected to the motherboard?

Try resetting the BIOS to defaults by pulling the CMOS battery for about 10 seconds with the system unplugged, try the onboard video then. If it does not work then you may have a bad motherboard or power supply.

Resetted BIOS, with no luck - still no signal to the monitor. Since the motherboard is much older than the power supply (I ensured I got the correct wattage, but I don't know what other problems could come out of it), I have a strong hunch it's the motherboard - I may have to just rebuild.
