Question gtx 960 not working

My graphics cards HDMI stopped working and now the dvi-d slot on it shows up as Microsoft basic display drivers but I'm plugged into the mobo. It's happened on my gtx 1050 rx 560 and this card. please help. I can't play games because of this.
