gtx 960 psu

hey
was looking at the EVGA GeForce GTX 960 04G-P4-3969-KR 4GB .
i have a lenovo k450 and my psu is 280 WATT POWER SUPPLY FOR THINKCENTRE M72E
and a i5 4440 3.10 ghz . im not sure if i have to upgrade my psu and my case so this graphics card can fit in it and run games like witcher 3 and fallout 4
can you leave some ideas below

Nvidia states that the minimum system power should be 400w. Seasonic 450W S12G-450 is around 70$ and It would do you well. The GTX960 requires 23,13cm in order for it to fit a case.
