Gtx 960 reaching 75 C

I have my build for like 2 months now but im worried about my GTX 960 4gb Gigabyte SSC its reaching 75 while playing DYING LIGHT. I mostly play Rainbow six siege and temperature stays at 68 C on ultra. But on Dying light ( even on medium settings ) it goes up to 75 C. Can you tell me if its normal? or should i get a cooler for the GPU.

use msi afterburner or a similar software to monitor your fans speed while gaming.

Thanks, i checked with afterburner and fans were 25% so i put them to 50% and temperature droped to 65 - 68C.
