GTX 960 Ryse Son of Rome?

I'm running 2GB GTX 960 Asus, 8GB Ram, I5 2400.. When running Ryse my frames seem to be low.. I'm seeing most videos of people running this game on the 960 on the highest settings 60fps.. I don't get past 60fps even when on low for everything.. Does this sound right or should this card be handling it no problem?

With what kinds of CPUs though?
My guess is that your cpu is just too slow to give you enough FPS, this get's cemented by the fact that even with low settings you don't get better fps.
