Gtx 960 sc crashing!?

Hello! So I bought a Evga GTX 960 SC in April (2016) and from time to time I would get this notification "Display driver stopped responding but has successfully recovered" but nothing would happen, no black screens nothing,that looked bad just that notification.But now I bought a new monitor and it seems to have been doing it more lately.But it has not caused trouble and has never happened when playing games.Anyways if anyone could help I would be happy. (Sorry for my bad english) Here are my specs:

Gpu:Evga GTX 960 SC
PSU: Evga 430
Ram:16gb
and cpu:Intel core i3 2130
OS: Windows 10

I would try performing a clean install of your display drivers as a first step-this would involve downloading DDU, uninstalling the old drivers in safe mode and then once you reboot install the latest ones available from the Nvidia website.
