Gtx 960 ssc 2gb vs 4gb, should I bother?

I might be able to trade in my 2gb and get a refurbished 4gb for same price. Should I bother? Mine is brand new. I play games like Dota 2, cs go, sky rim, civ v at 1080

So far I can play most on high or ultra.

Msi 970
8 gb ram
