I have a CyberPower GU2203 and the R7 240 just isn't enough. I've been looking at GPU's and the 960 is the one for me. On my PC the power supply is 500 watts but I don't know how many pins the PCIE connector has. The specs on Newegg say nothing about it and I'm not home to look at or look up my PSU. The GTX 960 SSC needs a 8 pin connector. Any help would be appreciated.

I believe CyberPower go really cheap on the Power Supplies to save money and make more profit. You'll have to open your PC and look at the sticker on the side of the Power Supply to check, it should have a brand/model number written there. They are known to give unbranded, low quality PSU's which aren't up to the task of running modern systems, they are dangerous and if they die, they can take your pc with them, I'd recommend replacing it if I am correct.
Edit: It does seem that I was correct, they use unbranded, generic PSU's.
