GTX 960 Witcher 3 bundle

Every gtx 960, 970, and 980 is bundled with a game, The Witcher 3. I am wondering if it's possible to add the my steam library.

I don't think so. The Witcher 3 will be available for download from CD Projekt Red owned GOG if you redeem the code.

I can confirm that its not on steam, I've already redeemed my code on GOG possibly (cant remember but have email details) and just have to wait until release date until I can download my copy. I' m hoping its not a similar thing as steam though, i cant stand having to play games through steam.
