A friend of mine has a pc with : AMD ryzen 3 3200G with vega8. 8gb ram 2666MHZ. She wants to play more games with higher fps, is it a good idea to put a GTX 970 4gb ram in there?
motherboard : asrock a320m-hdv r4.0

I was also thinking of: rx 570 \ rx 580 4gb, or a 1050 ti.

Solution
She wants to play valorant on 1080P with over 144 fps. I'm not sure what the power supply is, it might be good enough but I have to check on that later.
Yeah, you will have to check it with her.
PSU is important, you cant mess around with that.
a 970 will be good for Valorant.

As @Master Djoza mentioned, the PSU is extremely important.

That said, performance, lowest to highest, is:
  • GTX 1050Ti
  • GTX 970
  • RX 570
  • RX 580

Pricing/availability is the big concern these days.
