Question Gtx 970 artifacting issue

I spilled water on my gpu while it was running and it started artifacting I switched of the pc cleaned it with isopropyl alcohol and let it dry for a few days. The gpu works fine in the bios and stuff just sometime while booting it artifacts like crazy only while loading windows but 9 out of 10 times the computer is fine unless I knock the tower a little enough to move it then it starts artifacting again any ideas on how to fix or am I lucky that my gpu works in the first place

Looks like a VRAM corruption issue, mostly due to a faulty/dead GPU. What are the rest of your system specs ?

Its a asus mother board not sure which one
amd fx 8350 cpu
corsair vengance ram 16gb
corsair 600w power supply
h100i gtx liquid cooler and a 110gb ssd and a few hardrives
