GTX 970 Black screen with red blocks after driver installation

I recently bought second hand a Zotac GTX 970. After trying to install the drivers in safe mode on Windows 10 (I fixed a whole host of issues before it so don't ask why safe mode) it reboots and then shows a black screen with loads of red blocks and then crashes and reboots. Is there any way I can fix this? Thanks

Used card, unless your power supply is not good enough to run it, the card is bad.
