GTX 970 broken?

I built my new rig yesterday and everything worked fine until today. I started playing BeamNG and suddenly my screen went black. I've tried both DVI and HDMI cables and monitor wakes when I boot my PC put after that it says no signal.

Removing the GPU and using iGPU allows me to use computer. I think that my GTX 970 died?
I've tried removing the GPU and the 8-pin cable is attached.

My first impression would be the PSU is not powerful enough - have you got a spare PSU or even access to another PC to test the card ?

520W should be enough. Unfortunately I can't test my GPU with another PC.
