gtx 970 compatability?

Hey bros,i'm going to upgrade my pc and i don't know if the new gpu will be compatible with my mobo my pc specs are (after the upgrade)
Cpu:amd fx 9370
Gpu:geforce gtx 970(the old one was r9 270)
Ram:8gb
Mobo:gigabyte 990xa ud3
Psu:cougar 700 watt
So plz tell me are all these spec compatible with each other?is the gtx 970 compatible with this mobo?what about the rest?plz tell if there's something incompatible? Thx in advance

Edit : Get gigabyte 990fxa ud3 board as 990xa is not supported by the cpu.

i already bought the pc it's working fine...i'm just going to upgrade my r9 270 to gigabyte geforce gtx 970 wf3oc the rest will be the same

Alright,just don't try to push your cpu clocks furthur more.And GTX 970 Is a decent card!
