Hey guys, I'm planning to get the 970 Jetstream tomorrow but the pc I have right now is quite dated. I'm upgrading from the GTS 250.

Before I buy the card I just want to make sure that I won't be wasting money with compatibility issues. Here is my Build right now:

CPU: Intel Core i5-760 2.8GHz Quad-Core Processor ($195.97 @ Amazon)
CPU Cooler: Cooler Master Hyper 212 Plus 76.8 CFM Sleeve Bearing CPU Cooler ($19.49 @ Newegg)
Motherboard: Asus P7H55-M/CSM Micro ATX LGA1156 Motherboard
Memory: Kingston HyperX Blu 4GB (1 x 4GB) DDR3-1333 Memory
Memory: Kingston Value 2GB (1 x 2GB) DDR3-1066 Memory ($48.94 @ Amazon)
Memory: Kingston Value 2GB (1 x 2GB) DDR3-1066 Memory ($48.94 @ Amazon)
Memory: Kingston Value 2GB (1 x 2GB) DDR3-1066 Memory ($48.94 @ Amazon)
Storage: Western Digital BLACK SERIES 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive ($68.99 @ Best Buy)
Video Card: Galaxy GeForce GTS 250 1GB Video Card
Power Supply: Corsair VS 550W ATX Power Supply
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 8.1 Professional (32/64-bit) ($174.89 @ OutletPC)
Monitor: BenQ RL2450HT 24.0" Monitor
Total: $606.16

Will the 970 be compatible with this build? Or is there a chance that the 970 wont be recognized due to the BIOS being quite old(2011 last update)?
