Hey guys, I recently ordered a EVGA GTX 970 SC 4GB GDDR5 256- bit. When I went to install the card though it made 3 beeps, so I went through the manual and saw what it said about something not being right, whether it was the card or the motherboard. Now here is my problem... I don't know if my motherboard is compatible. Before I got the 970 I had a EVGA GTX 650 OC 2GB. Both are PCI-E but I can't seem to get it working. I have the standard motherboard that came with this computer: http://www.bestbuy.com/site/gateway-desktop-computer-8-gb-memory-1-tb-hard-drive/1309965816.p?id=mp1309965816&skuId=1309965816
I plan on calling Geek Squad later today for some help but as for now I figured I would post here and see what replies I got. Any help is appreciated. Thanks guys! If there is any other info you need just ask
