GTX 970....confused to choose on different manufacture

Solution
Gigabyte G1 gaming will probably give you the best OC results. Their fans do not stop during idling (sit at around 40%), however they are dead silent even under load.

But I do agree with the others, because 970 is a very good card, so the extra few frame rates will not be noticeable during real world gaming (given the stock settings already produce pretty high frame rates). Buy the most budget friendly one that you thing looks the best in your build.

They are all very similar. I personally dislike zotac, it's the cheapy of the lot. I root for Evga for a few reasons. Longer life in fans, better cooling, fans don't turn on till 60° Celsius, the card looks better in the sleek compact black shrouding. But really all are very similar. They all have a 256 bit bus, all 4 GBs of memory (in real life 3.5), they all have around the same speeds, etc. Again however, Evga is usually clocked the highest as well especially with their SSC 970s.
