EVGA Has a very high clock speed
Nvidia is reference design, most likely not overclockable and clock speeds at a min.

which one would you suggest me? i never overclocked a gpu and i have a crappy gpu thats amd and btw can i get geforce expierence even with evga?

For almost any GPU you get a program called MSI Afterburner for overclocking (Does not have to be an MSI GPU either).
For the video card though I would recommend something a little more beafy like a Strix, but its all based on what fits best for you.

For the video card though I would recommend something a little more beafy like a Strix, but its all based on what fits best for you.

why strix is there something good about that card plus i thought i would get the evga since its already ocd but i also want msi becasue of the led light

does the strix have a led on the side?

Strix has a white LED on the backplates its small but bright. If you want something with an LED then Gigabyte G1 (Only if it can fit)

If you want a 970 that will go the distance you may want to go with the Gigabyte 970 Gaming G1
