gtx 970 framerate drop

Recently bought the MSI GTX 970 4GB OC edition. I've been playing BF4 on ultra all settings maxed on 1920x1080 at 60 fps for a few months. All of a sudden I had terrible problems with the game. Suddenly dropping frames to less than 60 jumping down to very low lke 20-30. It's terrible.

I thought it was a power problem and bought a new PSU. I'm now running a EVGA NEX750G and I have an intel i5 4690k not overclocked. I have no idea how to fix this. I want to enjoy the game again. Stuttering is about every 5 seconds.

Try to valley benchmark.
If your GPU score is low. Then it might be your GPU that had problems
