Question gtx 970 has less fps then 1050 ti only in gta 5 ?

so i just got a used msi gtx 970 4gb and im bench testing all my games to see how it beats my evga 1050ti ssc 4gb ... in every game and test the 970 blows the 1050ti out of the water...but in gta whit the 1050ti i was getting avg fps about 120 on high settings

but the 970 at same settings im getting 25 fps steady this makes no sense to me can any body help a dud out

8gb ddr4 3000mh

(clears throat) this is awkward ... vsync was on still not as high as the 1050ti but in the 100s

What is the VRAM usage in the settings? If you're close to four, you may be running into the 970 VRAM issue.
