GTX 970 High Usage

Hello, i currently own a GTX 970 Gigabyte G1 Gaming. And it's been a week or two since i use this GPU, and havent seen in any game 99% at 1366x760 resolution until today. at Witcher 3, when i got everything to ultra, i got to 99%. And normally, when i was playing Warframe, at the lobby, i would get around 5%-20% max. But now i get around 60%. How can i solve this? Oh and it makes a really weird noise when its loaded more than 50%. Like somebody is cuttin something with a chainsaw lol.

Yeah, thats becuase gtx 970 is kind of an overkill of 768p. Its really meant for 1080p or 1440p. I would recommend cranking up every setting to ultra and using dsr to increase resolution on monitor.

okay, i ll try. currently i installed windows 7 and got problems with updates since windows update agent is stuck at checking for updates, as usual
