GTX 970 Is It Worth It?

I Am Thinking For Getting Msi Z97 Gaming 5 ATX With an I5 4690K and With A Gtx 970 So Will I Be Able To Run 2015 On Ultra ( No AA) And What FPS Should I Get Using 1366x768 Like Unity On Ultra With AA on this Resolution ? Is there Any Bench On This Card With This Resolution ?

WHy would u use that res with such a powerful setup? Is it because ubisoft didn't optimize Unity properly or something? Just turn down the settings to low if u have to but play on ur native res..it will look better
