GTX 970 issue

Hey

when playing gta 5 i am getting like 60 fps. but than randomly drops alot of times to 30 or even lower. i get slow texture loading like invisible buildings, roads
i got the most recent driver and unistalled the version before with DDU
my cpu is 90-95% usage on gta 5 and GPU like 0-60%

specs
i5 4440
GTX 970 EVGA ACX 2.0 SC
MSI H81M P33
8GB DDR3
Coolermaster G550M

Oh on MSI afterburner i see my page file is almost at the max when playing gta 5.
also notice this memory usage 3604 while the max is 3072?

most recent driver is 353.30, but i've had trouble and would stick to 353.06, you are on 350.12 which was the first release for GTA V, I'd suggest you update.

Sounds like your CPU is bottlenecking your GPU, but start by testing another driver version like 13thmonkey said.
