Ok, so the problem is that my graphics card is giving out tell tale signs for failure, I have the MSI GTX970 OC edition and it has been playing up for the last couple of months, mainly just graphical error lines going across the screen at random times not that often and only for a short amount of time. But since GTA V has came out on PC it has started crashing, my setup should be able to handle 1080p at moderately high settings at 60 fps, which it does, but it seems to crash whenever it feels like, it may be due to stressful situations in game, but I haven't noticed a pattern yet. I am at this moment checking for malware and viruses which could be the culprit, I will post the results as soon as I have finished scanning. I have got the up-to-date drivers, and I tried lowering the GTA V graphics options but still to no avail. I need to know if I have a dud on my hands or is other things I can try to identify and hopefully fix the problem.
