so i am going to buy later today the gtx 970 but its comes down to 2 cards but i wanted to ask if it matter in any way the prefomance or just go with what looks better in my rig becuse if i am so i think msi is better because my mobo is all black/red
so
this msi:MSi GTX 970 gaming
or this evga:Evga GTX 970 FTW
keep in mind the msi one is alittle bit cheaper
but the evga one has better base and boost clock speed out of the box

Solution
I have an EVGA 970 FTW and have no complaints about it. I got mine through Amazons open box deals (warehouse deals) so it was the price of a brand new base model 970. I didn't want to OC the card at all so I picked the FTW for that reason... and it had a color on it that matched my theme. If you're building a theme PC or want to stick with the colors, then MSI no contest. I've enjoyed how quiet my EVGA has been but I've heard other people say that MSI seem to perform better.

In all honesty I think you're fine with either decision but as far as building goes, I would probably go with MSI this time to match color wise and to save money (you mentioned it was cheaper so I figured it was 20$ at least, which is Steam Sale money).
