GTX 970 Nvidia driver not working - windows 10

i installed windows 10 and download latest driver for the GTx 970

but windows 10 does not accept it !!
( details : Windows has stopped this device because it has reported problems. (Code 43) )

and every time i luache geforce exprience because it is not luacned when i start the windows and it keeps telling me to update latest update ( 22-9 ) noting that i have the update which is matching windows 10
and when i update using manual installation and restart nothing happened and it happens again to update same update !!

download Display Driver Uninstaller, run that in safe mode esc.. reboot and then try installing the drivers. If windows tries to update the drivers before you get the install done make sure you cancel it.
