Suggest me a GPU between 970 or 390 or 390x with brand and where I get in India .

The gtx 970. The 390x will set you back more than 40000 and is the best performing card out of the group. The gtx 970 and 390 are close and will trade blows, but most people pay in 1080p and the gtx 970 is better in that case.

hey ! i am from TN also! i got my MSI 390x from paytm with a cash back of 10k during a recent sale. however, currently the best place to buy the 390x is ITdepot, they have a ASUS strix 390x for 40k

But I heard no future Prof in gtx 970 and it also have some vram issues. Firstly I decided the same model which you said but some review and user benchmark sites shows 390 is better than 970

I don't know about the price differences in your region but the R9 390 seems to be the best "bang for your buck"-card in europe and in the US. The R9 390x is a bit stronger but also more expensive and the gtx 970 is a bit weaker or at the same level as the R9 390 in 1080p (depending on the game). In 1440p the 390 outperforms the gtx 970 in almost every case due to the 8GB of VRAM. So unless the gtx 970 is cheaper than the r9 390, I'd just get the 390. It'll be futureproof but isn't as expensive as the r9 390x.

If you've got 31cm of space in your case , I'd recommend the Sapphire R9 390 Nitro. Sapphire is generally one of the highest quality brands for amd cards and after reading several reviews, that's the card I'm going to buy. It has a strong cooler and imo also the best design. If I didn't have that much space in my case, the MSI 390 would be my next choice.

Seasonic 750w km3 is this enough to power up msi 390x ?

I'm not really sure when it comes to power supplies. 750w should be enough and usually seasonic is a good brand. But you should wait for some other replies because I can't really guarantee that it'll suffice.

Future proofing is not relevant as we don't know how these cards will perform in future games. 3.5 of vram is more than enough for 1080p gaming. AMD's fury x is there best and only has 4 gb of vram. Its one specification and not indicative of the final performance. At 1080p, the gtx 970 will beat the 390. At 1440p or greater, the 390 has an advantage.
