GTX 970 PC (800-850 euros budget)

Hi, I've been looking around for a prebuilt pc with at least a GTX 970 in it thats within my budget of 800 euros~ but I haven't really been able to find one. That's why I've decided to build one myself, however this is the first time I'm going to try this which is why I'm asking for help here.

Could someone make a list of the parts I need along with a price tag next to each part? I really don't want to exceed 850 euros on this one, but if its absolutely necessary I will as I really want this build at the lowest price possible.

What I want in it is a GTX 970 graphics card and an intel i5 or i7 (if possible) CPU along with at least 8gb of RAM. I also want a case that allows me to upgrade the memory and GPU at a later point in time.

I don't really care much about the hard drive space, thats easy for me to upgrade at a later time. I also do not need a monitor/mouse/keyboard or OS.
