GTX 970 Power Problem in game

Hi, (sorry for my bad english)

I've been playing games since 1 year with me GTX 970, everything is good except for 1 game : TERA
I've a really big issues with it, when I start the game, everything is good, my FPS, power used by my graphics card is good (something like 165W) and the game is running perfectly, my issue is coming after a little of time after, the game literally drops from 80-120 FPS to 35 and sometimes 10 FPS (wtf?) and the power used by my graphics card is now 60W, I only have that issue in this game I guess since I can play hours Rocket League at 135-144 FPS

I fixed my problem, the game seems to have issues with controllers so I unplugged all of them and my FPS are fine now
