I wanted to know if Raidmax RX-835AP PSU is compatible with Gigabyte geforce GTX 970 g1 gaming gpu....i'm confused at psu pins and i don't know if it will work

First of all that is not a super high quality PSU; though, not horrible either. Nevertheless, that PSU will work with the GTX 970 G1.

The PSU has 4x 6+2 pins and the GTX 970 G1 requires 1 x 6-pin and 1 x 8-pin. Use the 6+2 for the 8-pin and just the 6-pin for the other 6-pin on the GPU.

If you want to you can, anything 550W or higher will work GREAT for the 970. I got a 850W since I plan to run SLI, additional drives, and maybe OC.
