GTX 970 Screen tearing and lag. (Every Game)

I am having BAD screen tearing.
My GTX 970 has screen tear and that is making my videos lag.

It happens on every game.
I have done Vsync on the control panel for geforce and in games and it does not help.

Also I have completely reinstalled my drivers. This started happening when I updated windows 8 to 10.

Win8 didn't have a problem? Just to rule out temps etc, but maybe check those anyway.

I'd try a reset under recovery if you haven't done so. What drivers are you referring to? Motherboard drivers etc?

Check your memory usage not in game, see if anything is eating away at your system resources. There are tips on what to do and turn off if you are experiencing high memory usage. Things like turning off Windows tips and updates to the world.

And also suggest to reinstall gpu drivers but first use DDU http://www.wagnardmobile.com/ good program, gets rid of any trace of older drivers that may still linger.

I have no memory issues. I had these problems a little bit on windows 8 not as bad as this though.

I have completely reset my windows and upgraded.
I installed windows to an SSD and reinstalled all of my drivers mbo, gpu, ect...

Wouldn't have a clue now, could try a different PCIe slot or borrow a gpu from a friend.

Check your temps!
