GTX 970 sli Radiator hot

Recently bought 2 astrix 970's , runnig in sli, When i touch my top card the radiator is hot ,but fans aren't spinning, i know that the astrix version of the card fans only go on when hot ,but how hot ? maybe i need better air flow ?

The fan doesn't run until you hit 65c/149f. You could make a custom fan profile to run cooler but if you aren't throttling due to heat why bother? The strix runs warmer by design for low noise.
