Gtx 970 strix 4gb oc for i3-6100 and h110m

Does the gtx 970 work fine with i3 6100 skylake and h110m mobo.
Or should i upgrade the mobo to h150 (somewhat in tight budget)
And
Regarding the psu does the seasonic s12ii 520w 80 plus good for this setup?

Were you able to get everything to work? I have GA H110M-A with i3 6100 with an r7 370, and everything works fine, but I just upgraded to a gtx 970, and I can't get any picture on my monitor. I have exhausted my options and read some threads saying it may be a compatibility issue, so I wanted to check with you to see if you were able to run everything smoothly.
