GTX 970 to my mobo foxconn h61mx

Good Day!

I bought a gtx 970 but when I finished setting it up and turning on my CPU, it doesn't work, the Fans will move for a second and the windows will not start.
Any thoughts on this?

My build is weak.

i53470 3.2ghz
600 watts PSU
8gb ram
1tb HDD
