GTX 970 - Which one is great for me?

Okay so I was going to order the Gigabyre GTX 970 G1 Edition but if i'm not going to be overclocking it, is there much point because of me playing on base speeds? If not then what do you think I should get instead?

GFX: Palit GTX 760 Jetstream 2GB (Upgrading Obvisouly)
RAM: 8GB
PSU: I think 750W
HDD:1TB
SSD: 250GB (Buying with new GFX card)

that's a pretty good pc and once you get the 970 you should be playing on ultra no problem
