GTX 970 with a 450w psu?????

I currently have a EVGA 450 BT psu and an Asrock AB350M PRO4 moba.
i plan on purchasing an ryzen 5 1600 and overclocking it to around 3.8 or 3.9 ghz and getting 8gb of ddr4 3000mhz ram. I'm was still deciding on what gpu to get when i found a $185 gtx 970 msi on ebay which would fit in my budget nicely. But i dont know id 450w of power wil lbe enough. I also want to oc the 970, but if i cant with 450 watts then im fine running stock.
i have 3 cooling fans in case as well.

You should be fine. Your system only takes up a little bit over 300 Watts

Eh, brand new GTX1060 3GB for around that price. I would go with that, or push the budget it for the GTX1060 6GB (Basically a GTX980 in terms of performance)
