Gtx 970 with backplate

So I wanted to buy r9 390 which is similar pricing to gtx 970 but for some weird reason in my country amazon the prices are 100$ apart meaning gtx 970 is for $375 and r9 390 being for $500 I know I know it socks being in a non port free country where everything is sold so expensive it's like the government is ripping our hard earned money off

So I decided I would go for gtx 970 as it's cheaper then r9 390 in my country but in USA amazon both are similar price or even r9 390 seems to be cheaper then gtx 970 at USA amazon

But I need a backplate and that's a must to have as I'm a bit aesthetic person so plz suggest some company which provides gtx 970 with a backplate plz

Sorry mate but it's for $500 at my country as it's super clocked I guess

Isn't there any stock clock gtx 970 with just back plate and no fancy 3 cooler fans or whatsoever just a regular gtx 970 with additional back plate or its asking for too much
